At the heart of this campaign were six video spots rolled out over six months accompanying a major product launch. These scripted videos demonstrated the specialized needs of software user personas, each using the same cloud-based software in a different capacity, as they moved through their workday, and across their devices. 
Together they speak to an overarching platform message. First, the story of how software utilization across a well-connected organization contributes to better data collection. Next, the story of how better data on hand, in the moment, empowers individual users to provide a better customer experience. And looping back around, the story of how 'ease-of-use' contributes to better software utilization. Hence, The Virtuous Loop. Tap, tap, tap.
