It's no small thing to invade a business with drones, cameras and lights and yet every dealer I interviewed in 2018 welcomed me with kindness and hospitality. 
As part of a broader campaign about integrated systems, these 'Voice of Customer' videos tell a rich story of energetic entrepreneurs building their family businesses and rapidly became the highest performing videos on DealerSocket's YouTube channel, by a long shot.
